We treat your birth data as sensitive personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and your rights over it.

Birth data is sensitive

Birth dates, times, and places — for you and anyone you add (partner, child, family member) — are stored to calculate charts and generate reports. You own this data and can delete it at any time.

Data storage

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so that each account can access only its own records. Reports are private by default and are never given public URLs unless you explicitly share one.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

AI generation providers

Reports are generated with the help of AI language-model providers. Only the chart factors and context needed to write your report are sent for generation. Raw prompts are never exposed to other users.

Deletion & account removal

You can delete individual birth profiles and reports from your dashboard, and you can request full account deletion, which removes your personal data from our systems.
